Goals for the Meeting:

Registration for the event

Registration is required and attendance is limited to 100 people. Please register here

Covid-19 vaccination requirements for attendance

All Indiana University students, faculty and staff are required to have a COVID-19 vaccine and be fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption before coming to campus. Vaccination is strongly encouraged for campus visitors. Indiana University and Monroe County have recently lifted the mask mandate and masks are optional.

Is remote attendance possible?

Currently, the event is planned as an in person event with some sections being streamed. We will monitor the situation and adjust plans as needed. We recognize that some institutions may not allow travel and that the situation continues to evolve.
