Human Reference Atlas
The Human Reference Atlas (HRA) maps in three dimensions the anatomical structures, cell types, and biomarkers that make up the healthy human body. The HRA is linked to several major biomedical efforts that provide it with experimental data. For researchers, the HRA serves as both a resource and a guide for tissue data collection, annotation, and usage.
The Human Reference Atlas is constructed using data and expertise from 17 consortia
